Welcome to Image & Text Converter. Please read and agree to these Terms of Use carefully before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Content

The App provides features including image-to-text recognition (OCR), history record management, character credit purchase and usage, and related functions.

The specific features shall be subject to the actual functions provided within the App.

2. Account and Use

The current version of the App does not require registration.

You shall use the App legally and compliantly, and shall not use the App for any illegal or non-compliant purposes.

3. Character Credits and In-App Purchase Rules

3.1 Definition of Character Credits

• The recognition feature consumes credits based on the number of characters recognized.
• Initial free credits: 10,000 characters, subject to the actual amount displayed in the App.

3.2 Purchase Method

• Paid credits are purchased through Apple App Store in-app purchases.
• Product prices and tiers are subject to the information displayed on the purchase page.

3.3 Activation and Restoration

• After successful payment, credits will be issued to the corresponding record of the current device or account.
• If purchase restoration is supported, you may use the “Restore Purchases” feature to process eligible purchases.

3.4 Refunds

• Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple’s platform rules and are handled by Apple.
• If a refund occurs, we have the right, to the extent permitted by law, to reclaim the issued credits that have not been reasonably consumed.

4. User Conduct

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App to engage in illegal activities.
• Infringe upon others’ intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights and interests.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App, including but not limited to reverse engineering, attacks, abuse, or artificial usage inflation.

5. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the App, including its software, interface, design, copywriting, and related materials, belong to the App owner.

Without permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the App or related materials for commercial purposes.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images and text content that you process through the App.

You shall ensure that you have the lawful right to use the relevant content. Any disputes arising from such content shall be borne by you.

7. Disclaimer

• OCR results may be affected by image quality, fonts, languages, and other factors. Recognition results are for reference only.
• For service interruptions or data abnormalities caused by networks, systems, third-party services, or force majeure events, we will handle them within a reasonable scope, but we shall not assume liability beyond that required by law.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms according to business needs. Your continued use of the App after the Terms are updated means that you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the App.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction for resolution.
